Ecclesia reaches out to local prisoners at a jail right here in West Texas. Every Friday evening we enter the jail and lead interactive Bible study discussions with prisoners. The leader of this outreach is Steven Bailey, a man with a passion to share Jesus with those who are very aware of their need for Him.
